Examples
of our future orientated space to live (and work) concepts:
The
multifunctional Office-Gallery-Complex Development from Heinz Günther
was the first new alternative to the Office Parks around Frankfurt with
the aim to minimize the required plot areas and maximise the quality of
business space.
Based on this building complex near
Frankfurt this concept was developed forward up to a modern "Multifunctional
City-Building" with a 110 bed hotel in the 3 upper levels, shopping galleries
with a shopping arcade on the ground and second floors, and between both
many levels of small offices. The large Gallery integrates artistic viewpoints
and allows use a little "market place" for small exhibitions.
From the first development in Frankfurt,
there have been incorporated in the planning phase the establishment of
a Center Management and Business Service with small offices. Also a secretary
service, gallery cafe, conference room service, and a exhibition service
for all renters of the building. Art Exhibitions in the gallery are another
form of PR for every user of the building. Due to this rounded marketing
concept for the investors 75% of this future building concept could be
rented out so that the investors could start a secure and protected financing
and construction of the project.
This concept was also presented by
Heinz Günther at the MIPIM in Cannes, France to an international Estate
Business Public.
The next new multifunctional development
concept from us with multifunctional apartment complexes and a village
for families and young active seniors in south Europe already exists.
It is integrating the European 3-Generation concept of the 3rd Millenium,
where the 3 Generation Villa3000 development now is the first start in
this still expanding European Market as an answer to the future client
requirements.
A future concept that brings the younger
generations, the 3rd generation, the family, and the still active business
generation requirements all together under one roof of a new village phylosophy.
Independent if they are from Northern or Southern European countries,
like Spain or Bulgaria.
As in the case of the Office Gallery
Complex-Development for the German market, there do also exist now 2 bands
of a project book where the completeo functional Building and Marketing
concept for Spain is already established. The new concept includes for
an example, the book presentation of a part of this "future orientated
space to live book" and the backround philosophy to the public as a very
useful PR and Marketing instrument especially for new locations.
The integration of a book about a
larger project at the earliest stage is one of the standard Marketing
Instruments the ARTOL3000 Group is operating with, in the future as in
